Lou Allard, Jr., the owner, is an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Master Technician and also a member of the AC Delco Total Service Support Program.

An AC Delco certified TSS repair facility is one where the technicians have undergone rigorous training and continue to do so on a regular basis, and the facility adheres to strict policies set forth by AC Delco. To get an AC Delco TSS certification, a garage invests a lot of time and money in a continuing process of improvement. He is Tustin's only heating/air conditioning specialist.
